Returns Policy 

We aim to satisfy our customers. Please contact Gleamous Australia if any products you receive are defective or damaged. Contact must be made within 10 days of receiving the order. The items will be replaced or a refund issued. No refunds for change of mind.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You can work out your postage costs by adding your items to the shopping cart, then go to view cart and click calculate shipping and handling. We only charge actual postage rates, there are no fees for packaging and handling.

Orders are sent via Australia Post or Couriers Australia wide for a flat fee of $19.95. Gleamous Australia will not be held responsible for orders that go missing in the post. Parcels can be sent by registered post for an additional cost of $2.80. Registered Post offers you:

  • Proof of posting when lodged at the post office counter
  • Signature obtained on delivery
  • Compensation for loss or damage of up to $100 is included
  • A unique identification number for every article

Please advise us if you want any of these option in the order instructions box within the shopping cart at checkout.

Express post options are available. Same day delivery via courier is not available except by special arrangement.

Orders over the value of $100 automatically are insured for no extra costs.
